Placed just 1 minutes’ walk from the Prarion ski lift, 5 minutes’ drive away from the amenities of Les Houches and 13 minutes’ drive from Chamonix, this charming balcony retreat sets the scene for carefree ski breaks, and benefits too from an on-site heated pool!

The 1st floor retreat benefits from a bright and cosy mountain-view living room. The interior is decorated in a classic chalet style, with exposed pine wood and timeless touches that will make guests feel at home. A comfy sofa and flat screen TV are complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen, a round pine dining table for 4 and access to a large sunny balcony terrace, which is furnished with an alfresco dining set, and offers tranquil views across the surrounding greenery. The spacious double bedroom also offers the same welcoming chalet-style ambience. The sleeping accommodation is complemented by some optional flexibility for family and friends; in the form of an extra single bed with pull-out single bed to the living room.
A traditional bathroom suite with bath tub and overhead shower is accompanied by a separate WC with wash basin.

The 1st floor apartment is situated in a lovely small-scale complex of chalets. The shared indoor swimming pool (closed each autumn for maintenance) is complemented by a ski storage area, where guests can access a useful ski locker. An uncovered residential parking area is provided too, and guests can easily ski down to the Le Prarion lift (200 metres away).
