Adjoining the open plan reception is a spacious separate Kitchen is equipped with all the must-have high quality appliances, including a cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a dishwasher and a full fridge freezer. The private mountain-view terrace from this floor boasts spectacular Mont Blanc views to savour with a glass of wine or BBQ feast in the summertime.
A modern shower room and private laundry facilities provide added comfort and convenience whilst away. This gorgeous and well-presented chalet also benefits from a private garden and an outdoor parkingspace.
Guests are asked to note that there is a self-contained apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor of the chalet with a private garage. The owner occupies this small ground floor apartment, so the chalet is not solely exclusive, although the sections of the chalet are independent and self-contained from one another and guests' have private use of the terrace and outside parking space.
IMPORANT: Chimney is not to be used but has an artificial heating log.
The tranquil hillside location places guests within a 5-minute drive/ 20-minute walk of central Chamonix.

The chalet is located along the quiet secondary hillside road of ‘Route des Nants’. The peaceful setting places guests within a 5 minutes’ drive/ 20 -minute walk from the buzzing resort centre of Chamonix!
For those who enjoy self-catering, Chamonix boasts a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.
Guests are also placed within a 9 minutes’ drive of the Accro Adventure Park and the Lac des Gaillands climbing wall.
From the charming holiday retreat, Geneva Airport is just 76 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.
