The little villa is surrounded by a large, colourful garden (about 1500 m2) with olive and fruit trees and a remarkable view over the coast and the Tuscan Archipelago, especially at sunset. One can also enjoy the sunset from the large terrace (25 m2) of the villa, while drinking a glass of good local wine (white and red DOC wines of Montescudaio are recommended) and preparing a barbecue. Two bicycles at guest’s disposal. Access through a 50 meter dirt road. The beach is at only 10 km (Cecina) and the village of Casale Marittimo, with shops and restaurants, at just 500 meters.
