Simon Cottage is a portion of a semi-detached cottage, situated in the seaside resort of Vittoria Apuana (Forte dei Marmi), just 700 meters away from the seaside. Located at the end of a tree-lined avenue, the house has a private garden (250 sqm), equipped with wicker armchairs, and a porch with a dining table for 8 people.

On the back of the house, with access from a side gate, there is a large park (which stretches for 1.000 sqm) and a shared swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September. The pool is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and fence for the children.
Lastly, at guests' disposal an outdoor laundry area.

Recently renovated, the house (80 sqm) can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of: a bright living area with sofa, TV and dining table; a modern and well-equipped kitchen; a double bedroom; one twin bedroom (with divisible beds); one twin bedroom (with bunk beds); two bathrooms with shower.

Included free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the property. Pets are allowed (on request).
